The Torrance parks department maintains more than 30 city parks, which host a bunch of outdoor activities. It Is known as the place where the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) was founded. Also, this city has an excellent Public Library system with more than five libraries, which offer a range of amenities. The city is also home to many large, iconic businesses, including the American Headquarters of the American Honda Motor Company, Exxon Mobil, and many others. There are a few shopping malls around the area with movie theaters, various shops, and restaurants.
